Howgill

The Howgill Fells are hills in Northern England between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, lying roughly in between the vertices of a triangle made by the towns of Sedbergh, Kirkby Stephen and Tebay.

The Howgill Fells are renowned for their beauty – The celebrated fellwalker A. Wainwright described the them as looking like a herd of sleeping elephants.

Our 3 pods are named after 3 of the ridges just behind the farmhouse – Fell Head, Brown Moore and Whins End. These walks all vary in length but all have equally beautiful views of the Howgill Fells.
